Role Summary

The Web Sales Associate supports website operations across both North Side and South Side locations. This role is responsible for maintaining online firearms listings, collaborating with management on website goals, and ensuring accurate, timely, and visually appealing content. The position requires flexibility, reliability, and regular travel between locations.

Website Accuracy & Quality

• Firearms listings are consistently accurate, complete, and visually appealing
• Firearms descriptions, pricing, and photos are up to date
• Website reflects current inventory and company standards

Operational Support

• Core duties are performed effectively at both North Side and South Side locations
• Travel between locations is handled reliably and on schedule
• Tasks are completed on time and aligned with business priorities

Collaboration & Communication

• Regular, productive communication with management regarding website goals
• Feedback is implemented efficiently and accurately
• Other assigned duties are completed as needed without disruption

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the company website by posting firearms, descriptions, and photos
• Perform core job duties at both North Side and South Side locations
• Travel regularly between locations (schedule may vary)
• Meet with management to understand and support website goals
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic firearm knowledge and experience
• Legally permitted to purchase and own a firearm
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

• Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer
• Use of flash photography and photo editing equipment
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
